Delicious good kitchen, nice atmosphere but very loud

The best fried potatoes of my life! The food is incredibly tasty, the service friendly and open-minded. Everything fits together in this tavern!

Normally I was always very satisfied, but this time you are put off to order your meal an hour and a half later! I found it really bad now!

The schnitzel is delicious. And the good Hochstädter apple wine.

Delicious food and nice hosts

Top, classic Ebbelwei as the name suggests, but with nicely prepared dishes, friendly and fast service. For those not familiar with the area: As always, parking spaces in Hochstadt are a bit difficult, but can be driven directly. Image: Italian Handkäs.

What a sensationally delicious kitchen! No matter whether you eat schnitzel with mashed potatoes or hand cheese, it is always a poem. Schnitzel in all variations or starters or dessert ... everything made with love and it just tastes great. I make a smear on the fried potatoes. I ate them once and they were not to my taste. Quaint, cozy atmosphere in the inn and super friendly staff. My absolute recommendation!

Just great! Typically hessian, no long waiting times (although often a lot is going on) and it tastes great! If you are in Hochstadt you should have been here. We recommend!

The rumpsteak is delicious, homemade herb butter and fried potatoes too. Salad and cheese dishes can also be seen. The schnitzel are unfortunately very greasy and seem to float in the fat. Unfortunately, the potato mash tastes like out of the bag, despite bits. But the cider is very tasty. You can choose the side dishes in some dishes individually. On the one hand, this is very nice, but on the other hand it will be quite expensive. But we always come back to eat rump steak.

Delicious food, super nice waitresses

Hessian cozy, simple and good, great food. The store was full to the last table but did not have to wait long for the waitress. Priced everything was okay. Every meal comes with bread, but you can have any side dish. Service was stressful but always friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

A really quaint cozy Ebbelwei restaurant with really good food - in advance Handkäs with music is a must and super delicious !!! With the nice and often funny service everyone feels immediately well! It goes without saying that the Ebbelwei is very good.

Very tasty kitchen and very cozy guest room. The whole paired with a lot of warmth and friendliness at the staff. Everything done right. I like to come more often now.
